Parent and Me Preschool is still going well. The most valuable things Avery is learning right now is how to share and how to separate from mommy/daddy. She gets to do fun things, too, like use glue and sing and eat snacks.
Another trip to Zoomar's Petting Zoo. This time she got to hold a bunny on her lap. She was in heaven.... not sure about the bunny, although it never hopped off.
These days Avery is taking saying "cheese" very seriously in pictures. Not only do we get her cute "saying cheese" smile, but we often get a body tilt, too.
Train ride with her buddy, Luke.
The other day, she asked me to put this hat and apron on her (courtesy of Auntie Kelly). I love that we are starting the dress-up phase.
A stroll through Laguna Beach with our tummies filled with farmer's market samples and tired arms and legs from playing on the Main Beach playground.
Tonight it was a tomato and a bell pepper. Every night Avery gathers up items around the house after I announce that it's time for bed. Other nights it has been an Ariel, Belle or Cinderella doll, a mini pumpkin, her toothbrush, a play tea cup, a makeup brush, a toy egg, a book or two, etc. I have had to say no to diaper cream, thermometers, honey bear, her talking doll and night lights. The only constants are her blanket- "the green one" and "brown bunny."
Hope your week was a fun one!
