What on earth have you been doing?

I know our family posts have been few and far between, but that doesn't mean that we've been up to nothing. We have actually been quite busy with some fun summer activities.

Merry-go-round ride with Daddy.

Train ride with Mommy

Mommy had a Girls' Weekend up in Paso Robles for Heather's Bachelorette Party.

On Heather's way out of town, she stopped by to say "hi" and .... I got another hostage in the trampoline.

Visiting Daddy at the station on my real birthday. He surprised me with a cupcake!!

Walking up Mimi and Papa's hill with Uncle Cooper and my cousins.

Riding around on my new plasma car in my birthday suit.

A trip down to Leucadia to see {great} Uncle Bob & {great} Auntie Sheryl.

It's been an action packed summer. Stay tuned for more.

a birthday post.

Better late than never, right? On July 26th, our baby girl turned 2. My, how time flies. We have had the best time ever being her mommy and daddy! To ring in her second year, we had a bubble party in our backyard.

Bubble stations were set up for kids (and adults) to blow their own bubbles as bubble machines were pumping out their perfect little bubbles.

There were lots of different sizes and shapes of bubble wands. Some of the bubble wands were household products like strainers, funnels, cookie cutters, and slotted spoons.

A bubble pool to make big bubbles from the hula hoop.

Simple Centerpiece

Auntie Kelly made bubble cupcakes.

The trampoline was also a hit.

In action...

When the "Happy Birthday" song started, she got a little smirk on her face as she realized everyone was singing to her.

For a couple weeks leading up to her birthday, we asked her what she wanted for her birthday, she always answered, "Cupcake. Cupcake, please." Well, today was the day...

She waited for the "okay" and then dove in. Cupcake 1 of 3....

The After Party with the Family

Thank you everyone who celebrated with us. We had such a fun day! Happy Birthday, Babygirl!!
